Background
and purpose:
Over the last 12 months, PPL Electric Utilities ran a pilot program
consisting of 9 facilities that accumulated savings totaling more than
8 million kWh. Strategic Energy Group, a consulting firm, is working
with PPL Electric Utilities to identify a new group of forward-thinking
manufacturing companies that are driven by results to participate in
the next cohort. PPL Electric Utilities will be hosting a webinar
providing information about the Continuous Energy Improvement Program
and your opportunity to participate in this exciting and important
initiative. An overview of the program objectives, educational sessions
and goals will be discussed. During the year-long program, your
facility will create a sustainable management plan where facility
management and staff learn by doing. This webinar will provide you an
opportunity to consider how to integrate this program into your
existing business practices while improving your competitive position.
Audience:
The webinar is open to all medium to large size industrial facilities
from across the PPL Electric Utilities service territory, however the
final spots for participation are very limited.
